As Operations Head and Program Manager, Habeeb works broadly across teapotNG to optimize processes and systems as the agency continues its rapid expansion. With a passion for both rigorous analysis and people, He enjoys implementing and fine-tuning processes that help his colleagues serve clients at ever-increasing levels of excellence and efficiency. He looks at operational excellence from varied perspectives, aiming to optimize the connections between people, process, finance and technology. Habeeb advises clients across a range of industries. He has vast experience in construction and services and consumer packaged goods. Prior to joining teapotNG in 2017, Habeeb owns and manages a building services company (consulting and contracting) in FCT and Lagos. He is a registered engineer with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and Corporate member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). Habeeb is currently pursuing his M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering and Management to continue building his skill set in all things operations.
